Customers can return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange if they receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Refunds

Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our craftsmanship 100%. Any defects or mistakes on our end will be eligible for a free replacement. However, returns, refunds, or replacements due to customer errors, such as incorrect size, design, or color selections, are generally not accepted.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and desired modifications.
