Where do I find my Order ID?+
Your Order ID is included in your order confirmation email, sent right after you place your order. It’s usually a 3–5 digit number, sometimes shown with a “#” in front (e.g. #8777).
My order doesn’t show a tracking number yet+
Every item is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your item ships and a tracking number is generated. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it’s ready.
My tracking status hasn’t updated in a few days+
This is normal, especially for international shipments passing through customs or being handed off between carriers. Updates can pause for a few days before resuming. If there’s no update after 15 business days from the ship date, please contact us below.
How long does delivery take after shipping?+
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your destination. Combined with production time, most orders arrive within 10–15 business days of being placed.
What if my package seems lost or significantly delayed?+
