Return Policy Overview
Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange if they receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days have passed since the purchase date.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Only applies to damaged, defective, or incorrect items
How to Return an Item
Before shipping anything back, you must contact our support team to obtain the return address and confirmation. We are not responsible for returned packages sent without prior notice.

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility & Processing
Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Item has obvious signs of use or is not in original condition
- Item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Original packaging is missing or damaged

How to Exchange an Item
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at support@skshirtprints.com and send your item to our return address.
- 1 Email support@skshirtprints.com with your order number and photos of the issue
- 2 Our team will review and send you a return authorization with the return address
- 3 Ship the item back using a trackable service — return shipping is at your expense
- 4 Once received and inspected, your replacement will be produced and shipped within 5–7 business days

Items We Cannot Accept Back
Several categories of items are non-returnable and non-refundable by nature. Please review this list carefully before purchasing.
- Custom & personalized items — shirts with custom names, faces, or designs made to your specifications
- Sale items — only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items are final sale
- Gift cards — all gift card purchases are non-refundable
- Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date
- Washed, worn, or altered items — items that are no longer in their original condition
Haven’t Received Your Refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps before contacting us:
- 1 Check your bank account again — refunds can take 3–5 business days to appear after we process them
- 2 Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your statement
- 3 Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account
- 4 If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@skshirtprints.com
Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and desired modifications.
We’ll confirm once your request has been processed. No changes can be made after 12 hours. To check your order status, reach out to our Customer Support team.
