Where’s my order?

Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation, and Delivery Status Notification.

• Order Delivered

How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days. It takes 1 – 3 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it, and ship it out.

Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 7 – 12 business days (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.

If there is a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Cost

• Order over $70 qualifies for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.
• Standard shipping: $9.99 for the first product, with an additional $2 for each extra item.
• Shipping Fee (for select collections): $6.99 for the first product, with an additional $2.99 for each extra item.

Note: Select collections include 1-Layer Suncatcher, 2-Layer Suncatcher, and Ornament products. These items are only available for shipping within the US.

Tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. For international shipping, tracking may stop once the package is handed over to the destination country’s carrier. Full tracking is only provided for Canada and Australia.

Return & Exchange Policy

Currently, there is NO return policy for change of mind or errors made in your order. We only accept returns or exchanges for defective items within 30 days of the delivery date.
