02 — Production & Delivery Timeline

How Long Does It Take?

Since every product is custom-made for your order, there are two stages: production and shipping. Please allow time for both when estimating your delivery date.

Production & Personalization After your order is confirmed, our team begins creating your custom item. This typically takes 3–5 business days, covering printing, personalization, quality inspection, and packaging.

Shipping & Delivery Once your item ships, delivery takes 7–10 business days depending on your destination. This timeline starts from the ship date, not the date you placed your order.

For international shipments, tracking updates may stop once the package is handed over to the destination country’s local carrier. Full end-to-end tracking is guaranteed for:

Return & Exchange Policy

Because every product is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for errors made by the customer during ordering (e.g., wrong size, incorrect personalization details submitted at checkout).

We only accept returns or offer free replacements if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end — within 30 days of the delivery date.
