Because every product is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for errors made by the customer during ordering (e.g., wrong size, incorrect personalization details submitted at checkout).
We only accept returns or offer free replacements if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end — within 30 days of the delivery date.
